Functional Safety Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure functional safety of our projects according to ISO 26262 and our internal process model
- Manage functional safety in our development and consulting projects in the VW Group (CARIAD, VW, AUDI, PORSCHE)
- Consult and support our safety engineers in function development, software development or testing
- Review and assess safety-relevant projects
- Further develop our organization and consult management regarding safety culture
- Train and coach our employees to establish a safety culture
- Improve our process world on the subject of functional safety based on ISO 26262 and the state of the art in automotive industry
YOUR PROFILE
- Masterl degree (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering) or a comparable education
- Experience in the automotive sector and first project management experience, preferably with software functions and components of driver assistance or safety functions
- Experience with functional safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508 ...) including relevant processes, methods and tools
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and ISO 21434 (CYBERSEC) is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
